The Name Of This Style Of Dance?

by Shelly

Can you help me find the name of a dance style where the men form a circle facing out and then the women step up. The dance has a waltz appearance, and after a few steps the man twirls the woman to the next man in the circle and the process continues. The women travel around the circle and the men stay in one place.

Answer: Hi Shelly. This is definitely not a Ballroom Dance of any sort. It may belong to the Circle Dance category, but there are hundreds of them, and I am not familiar with too many of them.
Where did you see this dance?
Maybe someone else will comment here and help us out.
